EMSY’s role

EMSY North Recruitment acts as a construction recruitment intermediary, sourcing candidates from Romania, other EU countries and the UK for employers primarily in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Norway may be added later.

Direct employment

The employer decides who to hire, issues employment terms, employs the worker directly and pays the worker directly. EMSY is not the employer, payroll provider or temporary labour supplier.

Recruitment fees

Candidates do not pay EMSY a recruitment fee. EMSY receives an agreed one-off recruitment/success fee from the employer after an agreed success condition. There is no ongoing hourly agency markup. The amount, trigger and other commercial terms must be agreed separately; this page sets no fee or payment obligation.

Demonstration-only content

Current job listings are samples, not live vacancies or offers of employment. Forms are frontend demonstrations: no enquiry, application or upload is submitted. Completing a demo does not register interest, secure a role or create a recruitment engagement.

No guaranteed outcomes
