EMSY North Recruitment is a construction-focused recruitment intermediary. We source workers from Romania, other EU countries and the UK and connect them with employers in Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
Norway may be added later. Our focus is practical: understand the trade, the employer’s requirements and the candidate’s experience before making an introduction.

The employer pays our fee
EMSY receives an agreed one-off recruitment/success fee from the employer after the agreed success condition. There is no ongoing hourly agency markup.
Candidates pay no recruitment fee
Candidates do not pay EMSY a recruitment fee. EMSY is not the worker’s employer, payroll provider or temporary labour supplier.
